I am a cook, a writer and a college student. Throughout my high school years, I toiled without pay in a Michelin-starred restaurant in my home town of San Francisco and have been madly in love with cuisine ever since. Following the advice of my chefs and mentors, I continued to pursue my education despite my inner protests and the siren’s call of haute cuisine. Now a journalism student at Arizona State University, I hope to fuse my love of cuisine, writing, and photography through this little corner of the internet I call my own.
Duckfat Healthy is a tribute to the feeding of not only the body, but the soul. Its creation was intended to satiate my own creative being, but I welcome you to sit at my table and eat anything that tempts you.
